Video delivery texts
When you order a personalized Santa video, you can enter a mobile number at checkout to receive your private viewing link and order updates by text. We usually send 1–3 texts per order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Giving us your number is your consent to receive these delivery texts; consent is not a condition of purchase.
Santa's Message Line
Grown-ups can call Santa's Message Line at (855) 501-5317 so a child can leave Santa a message. When you call, we send one text back to the calling number with a link to our store. Reply STOP to opt out.
