Refund policy

Our Christmas promise. Order by Dec 1, 2026 for the North Pole postmark, or by Dec 15, 2026 for direct mail, and your letter is delivered by Christmas — or your money back.

Personalized letters. Every letter is created from details you provide and written only after you review and approve the exact final words. Because the approved text is what gets written, spellings and details in your approved letter are final. If we ever write something different from the text you approved, contact us at santashelpers@handwrittensantaletters.com and we will make it right with a corrected letter or a full refund.

Changed your mind? If your letter has not yet been written, contact us for a full refund. Once a personalized letter has been written and mailed, it cannot be resold, so refunds after mailing are limited to the Christmas promise and error cases above.

Digital add-ons. Backup PDF copies and recorded video messages are delivered digitally. If a letter order is refunded, its digital add-ons are refunded with it.
