Terms of service

Welcome to Handwritten Santa Letters. By ordering, you agree to these terms.

Personalized products. Our letters are made to order from the details you provide. You review every name and detail and approve the exact final words before your letter is written; the approved text is final.

2026 season deadlines. Order by Dec 1, 2026 for the North Pole postmark option, or by Dec 15, 2026 for direct mail. Orders placed after these dates cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.

Prices and payment. Prices are in U.S. dollars and include U.S. postage for letter packages. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

Recorded video messages. Video messages are digital productions created for the buyer from the script the buyer reviews and approves before production. The buyer is responsible for confirming names and pronunciations in the approved script.
