Shipping policy

U.S. postage is included in every letter package for the 2026 season. We currently ship within the United States only.

North Pole postmark. Santa's letters travel a long way south from the North Pole, and on the way they stop for the official North Pole postmark — that's why letters ordered by Dec 1, 2026 carry it. The North Pole is a very long way away and Santa's helpers stay very busy, so that stop takes time: letters ordered after Dec 1 and by Dec 15, 2026 travel by the faster route, without the postmark stop, to arrive in time for Christmas.

Timing. Letters are written and mailed in weekly batches during the season. Delivery times after mailing follow U.S. Postal Service schedules and can vary by destination.

Digital items. Backup PDFs and recorded video messages are delivered by email and do not ship by mail.
