Personalized Santa Video Message for Your Child
Add-on for grown-ups: A personal video message from Santa, recorded just for your child. Santa speaks your child's name and weaves in the details from the letter you approved — their hometown, their proud moment, the friend or pet they love — in a message made for them alone.
How it works: Add this to your letter order. We prepare Santa's script from your approved letter details, and you approve the exact script before anything is recorded — nothing is made until you say it's right. Your finished video arrives by email (with a text-message link too) within 24 hours of your script approval, ready to play for your child and to share with family.
One video per child. This add-on accompanies a Handwritten Santa Letters order for the same child.
From Santa's writing desk. Every letter is written by hand in real ink, just for your child — and Santa's hand stays the same, year after year, so this year's letter matches the ones already framed on your wall.
Each letter travels south from the North Pole on the long journey to your mailbox, stopping on the way for the official North Pole postmark. Order by December 1, 2026 for the postmark — requests from December 2–15 take the faster route, without the postmark stop. Delivered by Christmas, or your money back.
For grown-ups: after checkout, you'll tell the helpers about your child, help Santa word the letter, and approve the exact final text before a single drop of ink is laid down.
Watch one, start to finish
This is the whole message Santa made for Emma, age 7, from Austin — beginning to end, exactly as her grown-ups approved it. Yours begins the same way: grown-ups approve Santa's exact words first, and the finished message arrives by email and text within 24 hours of approval.
Every message is Santa's own, made for one child and no one else — spoken by name, from the details you share.
✒️ Written by hand, in real ink
Santa writes every letter himself — never a printed page, never a pretend hand. Every letter is slightly unique, the way real handwriting is.
✉️ Postmarked at the North Pole
The sealed letter travels south from the North Pole, stopping along the way for the official North Pole postmark. Ask by December 1, 2026 for the postmark journey; December 2–15 takes the faster route, without the postmark stop.
🎄 The same Santa, every year
Santa's Handwriting Promise: the hand that writes this year writes next year, and writes to younger siblings when their turn comes — so framed letters match, year after year.
Covered by Santa's guarantees
Delivered by Christmas, or your money back — order by Dec 1, 2026 for the North Pole postmark, or by Dec 15, 2026 for direct mail.
And the 100% Magic Guarantee: if your child doesn't love it, write to the Post Room — Santa will write it again, or grown-ups receive a full refund, with nothing to send back.
Quick answers
Is it really handwritten?
Yes — Santa writes every letter himself, in real pen-and-ink on North Pole letterhead, seals it with wax, and addresses the envelope by hand.
When will it arrive?
Letters travel south from the North Pole in weekly batches, stop for the official North Pole postmark, and then your mailman brings them the rest of the way. Order in October or November and your letter will typically reach your mailbox from late November into mid-December — and every letter is guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. We'll send word when your letter begins its journey.
Do I see the letter before Santa writes it?
Yes. The Letter Helper shows you Santa's draft word for word; you check every name and place, and approve the exact text. Santa only picks up his pen after you approve.
What if my child doesn't love it?
You're covered by our 100% Magic Guarantee: contact us and we'll rewrite it or refund you in full.
